Been there myself. One week on the top tier, next week on the bottom. I might be paranoid, but it seems to me like they purposely look for the 2 worst dictators that I have problems with and audit them. I was very upset the first few times & had trouble sleeping but now, I really don't give a crap. I have requested reviews & second listens and nothing ever happens. My concerns lie on deaf ears.
