I think eating more meals is actually better. - OP

I eat about 6 times a day and I think just digesting food burns calories and revs up your metabolism. Of course the key to loosing or maintaining your weight is what you eat at those meals/snacks. It's what they always say: lean meats, fruits, veggies, low-fat dairy, whole grains, etc.
