monitoring quality yourself - all smiles

Posted: Aug 23rd, 2015 - 2:33 pm

Now that there is no feedback other than QA, which is a mean-spirited way to say that you made a mistake, I find that I must monitor my own quality.

Everybody makes mistakes there own way. So, I don't pretend to say what your pitfalls are.

Here are mine:

First few reports, last few reports.

Tired or bored.

Frustrated that I cannot find the term.

Trying so hard to get the term when the audio quality is so poor that it should be left blank (got dinged for this).

I could go on. But, the point is if you look at your mistakes, you will see a pattern emerge. Then, you can devise plan to reduce your errors.

Merely a suggestion.
