Now that there is no feedback other than QA, which is a mean-spirited way to say that you made a mistake, I find that I must monitor my own quality.
Everybody makes mistakes there own way. So, I don't pretend to say what your pitfalls are.
Here are mine:
First few reports, last few reports.
Tired or bored.
Frustrated that I cannot find the term.
Trying so hard to get the term when the audio quality is so poor that it should be left blank (got dinged for this).
I could go on. But, the point is if you look at your mistakes, you will see a pattern emerge. Then, you can devise plan to reduce your errors.
Merely a suggestion.
