I need opinions. I am IC and have a main account to work on. I have lately found - ARMT

that there is another account that no one seems to want to do so they give me that work noone wants and then go into my account and take that work other than the work they dont want.  I am just a little bit tired of the game.  It is a small place so they allow this to happen.  I can do the tough ones but the fact is they are cherry picking both accounts by having me jump back and forth.  Not sure how to deal with this or how to stop it short of either going PT or quitting.
