How do I cope - anon

Very frustrated.  Really thought I had a good week only to find out that my quality went down.  Can anyone offer some advice.  My quality had been pretty good up to this point.  Can't figure it out.  No feedback on errors.   If I am doing something wrong, I need to know to correct it.
