apparently KNOWS someone was skipping reports and doesn't do anything about it except send an email? Why doesn't she contact the offender and tell her if she continues cherry picking she will be terminated? Of course there are those who are going to skip reports if it is possible to do. Why not make it IMPOSSIBLE to skip them? They could do that if they wanted...they just really do not care so long as SOMEONE does the reports.
