I totally understand. I was also attracted to the convenience of working from home and taking care of my kids (who are now grown). However, I got to the point where just looking at my desk made me feel depressed. What upsets me is that they are fully aware of our needs and use that to their advantage. They do not treat us respectfully or compensate us according to our skills. I wish you all the best. Hang in there (I did for 10 years).
