before they ban me again!!!! making 3x what I did when I left N a month ago. working for a local company now. my $/hour increases daily as I get more familiar with the new platform/accounts. just wanted to say i love you and i have been there. i feel valued and respected again while doing something i love. no recruiters. no testing. no empty promises. good old-fashioned apply/submit resume/face-to-face interview. wish you all the best. the sweatshop setup must stop as it is both unethical and probably illegal. exploiting women through isolation and inability to break through due to unachievable standards is not okay.
