How hard is that to understand? Some facilities control the work flow and the MTSO has no idea when that work flow will be released. MTSOs cannot make the doctors dictate, they don't control HOW the doctor dictates and they can't make the doctors provide you with clear, concise voice files. What, do you think that a doctor does a procedure or sees a patient and then immediately dictates a report? You have no idea how this business works...
