if you just got me a job where you work. Otherwise, I don't want to face applying and testing and hoping I'm not going to be in a worse position somewhere else. Right now the part of the company I work in, I don't have to stick to a set schedule. I essentially work as an IC part time. It seems like there aren't anymore true IC positions out there, and even though they "steal" about an hour's worth of work each pay period, my cpl is usually around 10 cents.
