FIESA is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever seen in my 3 DECADES of being a transcriptionist. I have worked in a large hospital, a medium-sized clinic, large MT companies and small MT companies during my 30 years as a transcriptionist We were told this was a good thing, it is not intended to be punitive (I am sure that was what our TSMs were told to spew out to us). I do not know how anyone can say this is not punitive. It is not random QA, like QA is supposed to be. It is them finding a mistake (or not) and then BAM! We lose $300 per week because of it. Once they find an error, they stop looking for the week. It happens ALL. THE. TIME. Cannot wait to get out of this joke of a company.
