I know I've had to make so many sacrifices and hard decisions of who gets paid what since this stupid pay grid started. I have weeks where I make more, but the weeks I am penalized for a wrong capital letter or having over 10% to QC, I make so much less that overall, I am consistently making 40% less than I was at this time last year. I have been trying since November to find something outside of MT and finally had a job offer last week. Paid holidays, no weekends, consistent hourly pay, and even opportunities for pay incentives. No, I will no longer be working from home, but for me, the convenience of doing so is no longer a benefit when I am unable to meet my financial obligations. It's truly sad what this once proud occupation has come to.
