accurately pronounce these medical terms and medications. After all, it's only the language of their business. Apparently expecting these so-called "professionals" to be able to master their own business lingo is exceptionally harsh and way over the top, at least in their minds. No wonder the quality of healthcare in this country is in the sewer. These people can't even hold themselves to this minimal standard of efficiency. They're pathetic!
