After being an MT for 17 years, I get a message from the POD Queen that I am now on PM for not meeting my line count. Really? Just a couple of weeks ago, I received an email congratulating me on 100% accuracy on two random reports. With me, it's either quality or quantity. What do you expect when you constantly jump from one hospital to another, different formats, different doctors, etc. One of my hospitals is a cancer center and I'm forever looking up chemo meds, tests, procedures, lab values. I hate to leave blanks, but if they want me to produce the same slop that I see in the repository, no problem.
This job is so not worth it. I was hoping to hang on long enough to see this company crash and burn, but maybe not.
