What we are all referring to is that the VA requires all and anyone who works for them to be an employee, which means you need to be paid min wage for that state. This is fact. Trust me, I spent many hours on the phone with the DOL when they contacted me when I worked for Alpha. They absolutely, no doubt, needed to be paying us an hourly wage rather than IC pay, and I find it interesting that they sold out to IMedX shortly after the DOL contacted me. This is what we are all talking about.
