I think the ratio of MTs to work load has reached the tipping point where no matter how much MOT they decree, no matter how many times they switch our schedules around, there just aren't enough MTs anymore. ........ Guess they will just have to rely on the quality of their ASR software, and good luck with that!
Hopefully I will get the job I put in my application for and I can be waving bye bye! ...trying to break into a new field (at the age of 60) Wish me luck.
