What people see during the exam - Coder

The OP did not mention a phenomenon many test-takers see, that of a number of people just walking out. I have seen exams where half the room did that.

On a near-6-hour exam, people who hand in their test an hour or three into it are giving up, as are the folks who head for the restroom and never return.
