How did they get a license ? - Disappointed

I really REALLY wonder who some of these guys got a license to practice medicine on people.

Dictator says one of the drugs the patient is on is gingko BILBOA.  REALLY buddy ?  I really want to leave it like that but I know I'll get slammed.  We shouldn't have to correct crap like this THEY are supposed to know this stuff.  How on earth did they ever pass a test ?
