go so against the grain of any experienced MT that it's like starting over, learning to put erroneous information into the report, grammatical errors, and verbatim that no dictator would approve of. You will be in error if you don't use verbatim and you will be in error if you use verbatim. You can't tell exactly what they want. The QA person will always find errors and the accuracy scores given are 10 points below what they should be, so you are likely to be fired no matter how good or experienced you are. I think this is why they can't seem to staff their oncology account after months of recruitment. I think they would be better off with only newbies as it is difficult for an experienced MT to produce would be considered shoddy work, and they could train people who haven't already developed quality standards.
