who have trouble pronouncing exacerbation (usually PAs or brand new residents). I change exasperation to exacerbation and have never been dinged, because it is correct. Sometimes I wonder what kind of education they got in school/medical school not to be able to pronounce some nonmedical and medical words correctly.
