I don't think they realize that by doing this to MTs, especially the good ones, it creates apathy and a general "why should I care anymore" attitude. This most likely will lead to slower production, more mistakes, and more blanks.
This company is run by a bunch of fools. They don't care about the workers. All they want is to make as much money as they can before the company burns to the ground. Welcome to corporate America.
