I have been working for Phoenix for 10 years as a transcriptionist. Not once have I been treated like you speak of in your rant. I have always had work - which as you know is a huge issue in the field of medical transcription. Phoenix always takes care of the IC's. I don't ever hear from a manager unless they are asking for help with work. The QA does spot check my work and I appreciate it since I do make mistakes from time to time. I am on the new account as well and it's not easy starting off but you need to give it time and I don't think you are willing to do that. I was new once and overwhelmed and I remember that well but I stuck it out and it's not my job, it's been my career and I appreciate having work unlike other companies who just ship their work overseas. Phoenix is keeping us working and if they ask us to have the demographics 100%, then I do that and it's a small price to pay for having work available to me 24/7.
