The higher ups hate to give up any resources such as an actual wage, ASR that works, benefits, anything that would make our jobs easier. Sometimes it feels like I am in a mine field. I know eventually I will do something wrong.

You are a hard worker and it is sad that Mmodal does not appreciate that. Trust me it is Mmodal not you.
