Typed this just now. Are computers now deciding medical treatment? What is this world coming to?
"Would suggest hydrating, except she is so nauseated, so we will request a small fluid bolus, D5W 500 ml over a couple of hours, although it seems to be difficult to get the electronic record to accept the order. May not be able to infuse. May need to defer to just encourage oral fluids."
