The grid does allow you to make more money. The base pay is $.07 a line, which is equitable to the line rate at other companies, but at Nuance you may have more accounts to learn, more doctors, etc.
You'll never make below $.07 a line. The rest is dependent on your speed and quality.
It goes up from there if you meet all parameters.
