Thanks so much--yes, I am just trying to be helpful. One thing--one cannot apply for jobs unless they subscribe. Of course it costs money---this is a well though-out, very well-organized site, not some monster.com type of thing. They employ a lot of people (who work from home) to manage different aspects of their site; from writing and editing job descriptions to researching companies to posting helpful information. Yes, that costs money. I didn't mind paying the measly $35 a year.
