grid system as negative - Offloaded Posted: Jul 29th, 2015 - 10:42 am
When my group was offloaded onto Nuance we were told by our offloaders that the grid was a new plan to help MTs make more money. It was a great improvement. We were told many of us would end up making more money than before. All I see here is negative about the grid. Can someone who is familar explain how our good-intentioned offloaders could have been fooled into believing it was a good thing. I really believe our offloaders tried to get us the best deal possible,
