Get so tired of the begging for OT and asking for the date, time, amount and THEN not control the OT so that the ones that are scheduled to work aren't OUT OF WORK. The same thing happens every single danged time. Why can't they do THEIR job for once so WE can do ours? Seems to me it is just another way of them having someone sitting around on call so to speak and NOT pay us. Not to mention, their job is easier when the work is done and they don't have to sit and monitor. Surely they know how incompetent THEY are/look, all of them, for not being able to do a better job with all the tools they have avaible to them. Guess since they are salaried, they have no worries. Team my foot.
