all hours as covered. They cant just say work whenever you want and then have every MT show up between 9-5 Mon-Fri. They can say when they need coverage and you, as IC, can say, yes, those are the hours I want or no, don't want those hours. I work Fri-Mon, my choice, those are the hours I want.
