I don't understand what the upside would be for me to switch to IC if the company still wants you to try to stick to certain hours. Seems like win win for them. They don't have to offer benefits but still expect you to stick to certain hours? That was the only upside I saw with giong to IC. Might as well be a regular employee and get benefits. I've heard people say, by law, they can't make you work certain hours; but if they say, well, you don't have to be exact and we are very flexible, then they probably can get away with it I suppose. This whole industry has me so burned out. ..and broke!
