300 - Meh

Yes, with the new pay grid which has pay rate escalating based on speed, there's more motivation to go faster than ever. I'm sure I can get 300, but not 400 or 500. But I'll be happy with 300, and I'll be making still considerably more money than I'm making now at about 200 lph. I'll set my default at 180 and make more macros.
