Yes, not that it matters, they couldn't manage a cold adequately. Rarely, if ever, get a straight answer, always put off, and then never get answers back, but get excuse they are busy. They don't give the MTs the tools to do their job adequately but beg for people when it suits them, then ignore the MTs when there is no work or need answers for most things!
