I like the idea of supporting the non-giants who treat their MTs well and make them stronger. One of the above-mentioned offered to hire us when they took over the hospital I worked for. At their line expectation and pay per line it came out to something like $7.43 for their minimum of about 183 wpm. That isn't even minimum wage here in my state. I could work for one of the warehouse stores for $16 per hr. Your idea makes perfect sense. Good employers who treat people well get good employees. Yes!
