I want to issue a challenge to each MT, QC, (QA's too - if they read this).....Submit your resume to one potential job every day. There are a TON out there. A lot of IC positions (not ideal, but our current situation isn't either). If you see sites that you think others may be unfamiliar with, please post here. No one is going to help us except each other. Imaginary or aspirational compensation doesn't amount to much (see grid - $40+/hour. Really? Realllyyyy???? Do you personally know anyone making this? If they are making $40/hour are they getting a 40 hour work week?).
Let's see how fast we can sink these two ships!
