It's impossible to make a living when there is a pay gap from week to week of about 50% difference based on whatever accounts you get, QA, etc. And somehow it all boils down to the MT's fault. Surely if they just did their job, they would have "money in their pockets," a term used by my TSM. Even doing our job, we still can't control the accounts and whether there is work available or unfamiliar accounts. They want us to succeed? Uh, no. And they do everything they can to make sure of it.
