Exactly, not to mention nitpicked to no end by QA. There is no teamwork here. The bosses don't keep you updated, never know what their schedules are, rarely reply to help emails, but by golly when things go crazy we are supposed to immediately feel dedicated to them. They don't appear to care from what I have been witness to. I feel we are just at the bottom feeding. They have made this profession into the joke it has become, including the dictators.
