One thing is for certain, IMO, one cannot/will not make any type of standard living at this company. The micromanaging and inability to manage accounts is very poor. They toss one around to "fill in needs" and then once the account is caught up you are out. One does not get paid for learning specs, and if you don't learn them well enough, you will not make over 7 cpl, which is where they want to keep you. Their grid was just another way to cut our pay. The whole notion of them wanting us to suceed is not true IMO, because if that were the case, we would really only have 2-3 accounts that we could get familiar and COULD keep a schedule instead of filling in gaps. All they seem to worry about is someone is on 24, doesn't matter if there is actually work, and all the while we get not one dime for sitting and constantly checking back to grab the grubs.
