If your account allows you to use any other document note or pend note other than blanks, USE IT! A few of the accounts I work on, if there are difficult dictators or other circumstances, you are allowed to leave blanks, but use other document/pend notes. If you have to leave a blank because the audio drops out, that's not your fault, use another reason.
Now, having said that, some TSMs will frown upon using anything other than blanks, but I'm telling you, if you can find another reason other than blanks then use it.
