All can affect your paycheck.
- When we send more than 10% of the total lines we transcribe/edit in a pay period, then we're jerked down to one of the lowest (if not lowest) levels of the pay grid, so that's how QC might be, in essence, effecting your paycheck.
- The QA folks do the post-audit reports, though, and that's the FIESA score that the grid deals with.
I don't know how to advise you on sending less to QC. Do you have exclusives or no? When we are allowed exclusives or otherwise always work the same doctors/clients, then we tend to not find that much we have to send to QC. As far as QA, though, for your FIESA score - honestly, it's just a wing and a prayer...
