QC "shouldn't" affect your score. QA will definitely affect your score. You can try to talk to your TSM, but don't expect much to change. This is not a level playing field and there's nothing we can do to change it. The company keeps it confusing purposely. Regardless of how well you do, you will not succeed consistently. I encourage you to find other employment. *Note my nic. I'll have both feet out the door the end of the month. :)
