I assume they would contact me personally, as well as the mass email.
Agree, sort of a darned if you do, darned if you don't. The company end seeing the same mistake, day after day, from at first a couple, and they contact those, and then all of a sudden there is a spike, everybody is doing it, well, just put out the mass email...or, in the alternative after many years of watching this sort of thing, just put out the mass email.
