Yes. Work is 99.9% VR, so less pay per line. VR adds words for no sound, paper rustling, etc., so lots and lots of editing.
Do the math. If you were making 8 cents a line for straight typing, it will be cut at least in half because, as above, most of the work is editing now.
You will get nitpicked to death by audits. Don't expect raises. Most of the time you get the horrible ESL dictators on top of horrible sound. You will not do just your hospital/clinic, but jump around the whole U.S.
Just read posts below for confirmation. Once in a while, very rarely, there is someone who has easy accounts.
