That they're going to find a way to screw us out of our 6-month deal. That crappy insurance was the absolute deal breaker for me. This whole thing makes me ill. I wonder if we are all part of the same hospital system that got outsourced; either that or Nuance sales people have been very busy closing a lot of deals lately.
