You said it and you could probably even add to that how horrible that company is. Don't even consider it, tell every anyone and everyone how horrible it is and not to work for MM. Stop giving them power, stop caving in on their demands; in a couple of words, run away from MModal, it is the devil and they can have all the work in the world, it isn't worth it and believe it when MTs say how hard you work for so little and are degraded in the process.
