Just because QA says you are wrong, does not make it so! - miffed

Got send notice of a critical error. A lab error. I had 3.4. QA said it was 2.4. First, if I was wrong, hypokalemia would have been in the list of diagnoses as that is very hypokalemic, and this particular doctor (who has an accent) does not miss these things. Second, in the plan, there would have been potassium replacement. Third, I listened to the file and it still sounds like 3. I'll even bet the other reports on this patient do not show hypokalemia in the diagnosis.
I'm sure I will get told QA is right and I am wrong - just because QA never backs down on anything and think an MT could never be the one who is right.
