Tube is singular, and cuffed and uncuffed are adjectives. The tube is cuffed and uncuffed.

But, cuffed and uncuffed are 2 different types of tubes, so the error is not in subject/verb. The error is that tube should have been plural.

So, QA is wrong in their assessment because they did not know these are 2 different kinds of (tracheostomy) tubes and did not check the facts.

So, you get to tell QA that they don't understand and demonstrated their lack of medical knowledge. And you can say, oops, I missed the 's' on tubes because I was suffering from ASR editing and normal brain function clash (the tendency of the mind to fill in those little things like 's'.
