I feel like I've been suckered punched. Do they not feel they need to at least do damage control? They have such an art for the spin, generally overusing the words "exciting," so where are they when they have obviously made a mistake in sending that, thereby letting US employees know how very little we mean to them. Is it any wonder Nuance's CEO is on the worst list 2 years running? And is it any wonder they are losing money hand over foot. Transcription is keeping them going according to articles. I thought nothing would surprise me anymore with Nuance. I was wrong. Very wrong.
