They overhire here in the US promising big sign on bonuses - result is all of us are low on work and therefore don't make as much money. Goal accomplished.
Then they tell us how they are hiring thousands more in India and building it up over there. More feces at the face.
Now, they accidentally (wonder if that cost them money on the grid) sent an Email to US employees showing yet another set of perks India gets.
The blinders we need to wear should have windshield wipers on them so we can keep the crap cleaned off and see enough to work.
Early social security and a part time job at WalMart are looking pretty good about now.
This is insulting to us and am curious to see if this is addressed by our TSM or upper management. I don't think there is any way they can explain this away.
