I have noticed a change in my anger level when I have stepped out in faith to forgive someone, even when I don't have the warm fuzzies about them or the situation. God worked on my emotions for me, and I am a LOT calmer and peaceful because I trusted Him to do the thing for me that I could not do for myself.
