Yes those monster companies have ruined it for the MTs and the government has ruined it for American workers and it just goes on and on. I agree that if you just keep quitting, but doing the same thing, then you need to rethink that. If you can get away from MM and N and find another good company, go for it, but if you end up at some of the others who are just as bad, then you will get the same results.
So you either put up with it, although there are some decent companies out there, but the pay and benies will never be the same, or you find a completely different job.
Working just about any place is hard in this day and age. Every company has the motto, "everyone can be replaced and probably cheaper too."
Go to a local Target or Walmart and see middle aged men working there, who were probably let go, laid off, fired or outsourced at the once big companies they worked for. It is truly sad, what working in this country has become.
So many rich and I mean rich companies, paying peanuts to their employees.
